Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2 1/2) can asparagus (20 oz. asparagus), 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled and 1 c. fine cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain asparagus.
Save liquid.
Sprinkle 1/3 of cracker crumbs evenly in the bottom of casserole.
Top with layer of asparagus. Spread 1/2 mushroom soup evenly over asparagus.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons asparagus liquid.
Repeat layering, ending with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
