Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 cans either asparagus spears or cut asparagus, drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, ritz crackers, melted margarine and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Crush Ritz crackers into crumbs.
Melt 1/2 stick to 1 whole stick margarine.
In casserole dish, layer crushed Ritz crackers.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Next, layer asparagus, both cheeses and cream of mushroom soup (these layers do not have to be in any particular order).
Repeat layers, ending with Ritz cracker crumbs, drizzled with margarine.
Bake in 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
