Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans or 2 (10 oz.) frozen asparagus spears, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 c. mozzarella or jack cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large pan, saute onions in butter until tender.
Add cheese.
Stir until melted.
Stir in soup and asparagus.
Cook until warm.
Line 9 x 13-inch dish with rice. Pour mixture over rice and sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
