Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can asparagus and 1 small can asparagus, 2 c. cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix cheese and cracker crumbs; add melted butter.
Mix asparagus juice with the cream of mushroom soup and heat.
Place 1/2 of cracker mix in bottom of greased casserole.
Place asparagus on top of this; cover with 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Pour soup mix over all.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
