Asparagus Au Jus
Asparagus Au Jus is an easy dinner. Made with 12 asparagus shoots, 1 c. au jus gravy mix, 1 small can mushrooms, 1/2 small onion, chopped and 1 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a skillet, melt margarine.
Saute onion and mushrooms.
Mix 1 cup au jus gravy according to package directions.
Pull aside onion and mushrooms.
Pour au jus liquid into skillet; add asparagus shoots.
Simmer until tender.
Add onion and mushrooms back to skillet.
Serves 4 to 6.
