Artichoke-Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed in margarine, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (frozen), 1 large can artichokes, drained and chopped and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
