Artichoke Pizza
Artichoke Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls, 3/4 c. ranch salad dressing, 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 4 oz. jar pimento, drained and diced and 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Unroll dough and press onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Combine remaining ingredients, saving 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.
Spread on crust.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
