Artichoke Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, 1/2 c. bread crumbs (flavored), 2 tbsp. olive oil, minced garlic to taste and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute artichoke hearts, bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust; pour egg mixture over it.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour (golden brown).
