Drain and chop artichokes.

Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.

Beat eggs and stir in cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, Tabasco, cheese and parsley.

Add chopped artichokes, blending well.

Then add onion mixture, mixing thoroughly.

Spread in a greased 8 x 10-inch pan.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Cut into 1-inch squares.

May be frozen, thawed and reheated for 12 minutes at 350°.
