Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder.
Spoon the artichoke mixture into two (1 cup) ramekins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve as a dip with corn chips.
