Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (cut out hairy section), 1 c. mayo, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 juice of 1 lemon and garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix well all ingredients.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
Can also use Monterey Jack, garlic Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, too.
Best served in a little crock-pot to keep it warm and supply crackers to dip in.
