Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tall can unmarinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 c. fresh parmesan and 1 to 2 cloves garlic, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
