Artichoke Bake

Made with 5 large eggs, beaten, 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 6 to 8 green onions, chopped and 1 large clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and garlic in liquid from artichokes.
Mix all together and bake in a well-greased 9 x 12 pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
