Arroz Con Pollo
Arroz Con Pollo is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skinned and all visible fat removed, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Set aside. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt magarine.
Add garlic, black pepper and paprika.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and brush on chicken breasts.
Place chicken in an ovenproof dish and bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until meat has turned white throughout.
