Armenian Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces, 1 c. long grain rice, 2 c. chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
