👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix together the Monterey Jack and sausage.

Add biscuit mix. Work together.

The cheese and sausage will hold dough together. Divide dough into 15 equal parts.

Stuff peppers with a slice of Cheddar cheese.

Pat cheese and sausage mixture into small pancake shape.

Completely cover each pepper with mixture; make sure all edges and ends are sealed.

Roll back and forth in hands to form egg shape.

Roll egg in the Shake 'n Bake, then fry until golden brown.

Can be frozen before frying.
