Apricot Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, juice of 2 lemons, 2 (16 oz.) cans apricots and 1 qt. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Run the apricots through a sieve or a blender.
Stir in sugar, milk, lemon juice and apricots.
Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1/2 gallon.
