Apricot Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans apricots, drained, 2 c. sugar, 1 qt. low-fat milk and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender until apricots are fully pureed.
Pour into freezer container of 1 gallon electric freezer.
