Apricot Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. apricot nectar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. chopped canned water packed apricots and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Place in bowl and freeze until partially frozen.
