Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes apricot jell-o, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat to boiling the Jell-O, sugar, pineapple and water.
Cool items.
Soften cream cheese, Cool Whip (use whisk on these items), chopped celery and pecans.
Fold into apricot mixture.
