Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 2 jars junior apricot baby food, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water.
Put in blender.
Add cream cheese; process to blend thoroughly.
Add apricot baby food; blend again. Add Cool Whip and blend.
Place in 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.
Refrigerate to set.
