Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. orange jello, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (no. 2) can apricots, drained, 2 c. water and 2 c. juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Set jello using water and 1 cup juice.
Add drained fruit before jello sets.
Let set.
Cook 1 cup juice, sugar, flour, egg and butter.
Let cool.
After it cools, mix 1 envelope Dream Whip according to directions on package.
Carefully fold into cooked mixture.
Spread on top of jello and fruit.
Refrigerate.
