Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. apricot or orange/pineapple jell-o, 2/3 c. water (use drained pineapple juice), 2/3 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 jar strained apricots (baby food), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put first 3 ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from fire and dissolve cream cheese.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Set aside to cool.
Fold Cool Whip into the cooled mixture.
Pour into desired dish and sprinkle with English walnuts.
