Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin, 1 large pkg. cream cheese, crumbled and 1 c. diced celery (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan; bring to boil.
Add gelatin, mixing thoroughly.
Cool and congeal slightly.
Add cream cheese; beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Whip milk; fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate.
Makes 15 servings.
