Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can apricots, drain, cut up and save juice, 1 (no. 2) can pineapple, drain and save juice, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple jell-o, 2 c. hot water and 1 c. cold water and 1 c. mixed juices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add juice; add apricots, pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill until set.
In double boiler, mix sugar, flour, egg, juice and butter.
Cook until thick, then cool.
Fold in Dream Whip.
Spread on top of Jell-O.
If desired, put nuts or cheese on top.
