Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 large box apricot jell-o or 2 small ones, 2 c. buttermilk, 8 oz. carton cool whip and maraschino cherries (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring pineapple just to a boil (do not boil).
Add the Jell-O and let cool.
Add 2 cups buttermilk.
Chill slightly; then add the Cool Whip, cherries and nuts.
Pour into mold and chill well.
