Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot or 1 peach and 1 apricot jello, 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. boiling water, 2 small jars apricot baby food and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring to a boil the jello, sugar and water.
Remove from heat. Add baby food and pineapple; set aside to cool, being sure that all is dissolved.
Combine softened cream cheese and milk.
Beat again.
Add nuts.
Refrigerate until set.
