Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 3 oz. pkg. apricot jello, 1/4 c. sugar, 8 oz. cool whip and 15 oz. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften cream cheese with the apricot tapioca pudding.
Set aside.
Boil the jello, sugar and pineapple until dissolved and then cool.
