Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. apricot jello, 2/3 c. water, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bring apricot jello, water and sugar to boil.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese and 1 cup nuts.
Set aside to cool. Whip milk.
Pour all in milk and fold in well.
Pour in large mold and sprinkle 1/2 nuts on top.
Chill or freeze.
