Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple and juice, 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 large pkg. apricot jello and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring pineapple, water and sugar to boil then remove from stove.
Add jello and chill until partially set.
Whip this slightly before adding other ingredients.
