Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 boxes apricot jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix Jell-O with hot and cold water.
Cool until it begins to gel.
Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
Gel until thick. Mix, cook and cool pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg.
Spread on top of thickened Jell-O.
Mix softened cream cheese and whipped topping.
Spread on top of salad.
Garnish with coconut or nuts.
