Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes apricot jell-o, 2 jars apricot baby food (small), 2/3 c. water, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine Jell-O, water and sugar in pan.
Bring to boil and put in bowl to cool.
Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk; mix until smooth.
Add pineapple and baby food to Jell-O mixture.
Mix this with cream cheese and milk; add nuts.
Pour into mold or sheet cake pan.
Chill until firm.
