Apricot Pineapple Salad
Apricot Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small pkg. orange jello, 2 c. hot water, 1 egg, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 heaping tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mash apricots. Add hot water to jello.
Stir and add 1 1/2 cups fruit juice. Stir and add the drained pineapple and apricots. until firm.
Cook following mixture until thick: from fruit, egg, sugar, butter and flour.
In Cool Whip.
After jello is set, top with mixture and then top with grated cheese. Chill until ready to serve.
