Apricot-Pineapple Delight
Apricot-Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain fruits separately; reserve juices. Chop apricots. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water; add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup apricot juice. Chill until thickened.
Add marshmallows, pineapple and apricots.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch container. Chill until firm.
