Apricot Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. apricots, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 2 tsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

👨🍳 Instructions
Sprinkle sugar, lemon juice and flour over apricot halves (do not need to be peeled).
Toss gently.
Place in two crust pie shell.
Dot with butter before putting on top crust.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 35 minutes or until crust is brown and fruit is bubbly.
