Apricot Orange Jello Salad
Apricot Orange Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2) can apricots, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. jello (apricot), pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain apricots; reserve syrup.
PurΓ©e apricots.
Combine syrup and salt and heat to boiling point.
Add jello and stir until dissolved.
Add balance of ingredients.
Mix well.
Finally slowly add 7-Up around sides so it will not boil over.
Pour into mold. When set, makes 12 servings.
