Apricot Nectar Salad
Apricot Nectar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar, 1 pkg. (large) orange jello, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3/4 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in hot nectar.
Dissolve plain gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Mix together.
Add enough cold water to make 3 1/2 cups.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add grated cream cheese, pineapple and nuts.
