Apricot Nectar Salad
Apricot Nectar Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. orange jello, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. chopped pecans, 2 (10 oz.) cans apricot nectar and 2 small cans crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat 1 can apricot nectar.
Pour into bowl with orange jello. Stir until dissolved.
Place other can apricot nectar in blender. Add cream cheese, one package at a time, blending well.
Add this to jello and stir well.
Add crushed pineapple and chopped pecans. Pour into 3-quart mold.
