Apricot Nectar Cake
Apricot Nectar Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin (sugar-free works well), 4 eggs, 3/4 c. apricot nectar and 3/4 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven at 325Β°.
Spray 10-inch tube pan with a release agent (Pam).
With electric mixer, blend dry cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, apricot nectar and oil.
Beat 3 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.
(This is a moist and delicious cake with an unusual flavor.)
If desired, add glaze.
