Apricot Mousse
Apricot Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can unpeeled apricot halves, drained and mashed, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. almond extract and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Advance preparation
Combine apricots, sugar, vanilla, extract and dash of salt.
Whip cream until custardlike; fold into apricot mixture.
