Apricot Jello Salad
Apricot Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box apricot jell-o, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix Jell-O, sugar and pineapple; bring to a soft boil in saucepan. Set aside to cool.
When mixture is cool, beat together the cream cheese (softened) and milk in a separate bowl.
Mix Dream Whip according to directions on box and fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in cooled Jell-O.
Stir well and pour into mold or bowl. This makes a double salad so use a Bundt pan or large bowl.
