Apricot Jello Salad
Apricot Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 can crushed pineapple (medium), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (5 oz.) can pet milk, chilled and 1 (12 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine crushed pineapple with juice and dry apricot Jell-O in saucepan.
Cook until Jell-O is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Beat chilled milk with cream cheese until smooth. Fold into chilled Jell-O, do not beat.
Fold in carton of Cool Whip.
