Apricot Jello Dessert
Apricot Jello Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 4 small boxes apricot jell-o, 2 cans crushed pineapple (do not drain), 4 c. buttermilk, 2 medium cool whip and nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring pineapple, juice and Jell-O to boil; set aside to cool. Add buttermilk and 1 Cool Whip.
Set in refrigerator to set, then top with other Cool Whip.
