Apricot Jello Dessert
Apricot Jello Dessert is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large box orange jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 2 c. cold water, no. 2 can drained pineapple and 2 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix Jell-O and water; let cool.
Add pineapple, sliced bananas and marshmallows to Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate and let set. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg and flour until thick.
Add cream cheese; stir until smooth.
Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions; fold into cooked mixture.
Remove Jell-O from refrigerator and spread cooked mixture over Jell-O.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Refrigerate.
