Apricot Ice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can apricots (with syrup), 1 c. sugar, juice of 2 oranges and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend in blender (it will be full to the top but doesn't go over).
Pour into a glass (not plastic or aluminum) dish and freeze.
Double recipe for a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Set out about half hour before serving.
