Apricot Glazed Chicken
Apricot Glazed Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope shake 'n bake season coating mixture (original recipe for chicken), 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 1/4 c. apricot preserves and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix coating mixture and ginger in shaker bag.
Coat chicken as directed on package.
Bake 15 minutes on ungreased or foil lined 15 x 10-inch metal baking pan.
Mix preserves and soy sauce in small bowl until well blended.
Drizzle over chicken. Bake 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
