Apricot Filled Oatmeal Bars
Apricot Filled Oatmeal Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Set oven at 375Β°.
Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and soda.
Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Press 2/3 of crumbs in the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Spread with preserves.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 30 bars.
