Apricot Delite Salad
Apricot Delite Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. apricot jell-o, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 2 small jars baby food (apricot and tapioca) and 9 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a saucepan, put apricot Jell-O (dry) with crushed pineapple (with juice).
Heat until boiling.
Take off stove and add cream cheese, which has been cut into small pieces.
Stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add baby food and put into refrigerator until congealed a little.
Then add Cool Whip and refrigerate until firm.
May be decorated with nuts and Mandarin oranges.
