Apricot Crunch Bars
Apricot Crunch Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. rolled oats and 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats and sugar.
Cut in butter and stir until mixed and crumbly.
Pack 2/3 of pastry into bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. Combine jam and peel; spread over pastry.
Sprinkle remaining pastry evenly over top.
Bake 25 minutes and cool in pan.
Cut in squares.
