Apricot Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium jar apricot preserves, 1 medium jar thousand island dressing, 3 pkg. instant onion soup (each making 1 cup, total of 3) and 6 skinless chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare 3 cups instant soup per instructions on packet.
In baking dish, pour preserves and Thousand Island dressing.
Pour hot onion soup over mixture and stir.
When combined thoroughly, place chicken breasts in baking dish, spooning liquid over them evenly.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
